Chocolate Ganache

Delicious chocolate ganache can be used in many different ways. If we want to spice ours up, we use one teaspoon of cayenne pepper or if we want to mix it up, we add the seeds from one vanilla bean. You can use the ganache to top cakes, cupcakes, and ice cream or you can use it to fill pastries. It is easy to make and can easily be made your own.



  • 1 cup of semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream


  1. Place your chocolate chips and heavy cream in a glass (heat safe) bowl, set it over a pot of water set at a low simmer (double boiler).
  2. Stir until smooth and warm.
