Do you ever have the desire to eat some delicious dessert? I know that I do, but if you’re like me, you don’t want to pay outrages prices for slices of cake that you can make at home. One night, I was feeling lazy and didn’t want to spend the time to make dessert (shame on me), I ended up walking to a nearby restaurant that sells dessert, I purchased some of their chocolate cake that has a raspberry mousse layer for my brother, Max, and I… I ended up paying over $28 for three tiny slices of cake, ugh.
I was so upset by this outrageous pricing that the next day I decided to create my own Chocolate Raspberry Mousse Cake with organic ingredients.
This recipe makes 9 large slices of cake with at least 9 servings of chocolate raspberry mousse and I already had most of the ingredients at home. The beauty of this recipe is that you don’t have to be a dessert expert to make it, it’s really easy to make and I’ve made the steps easy to follow. I use frozen raspberries instead of fresh because the organic frozen raspberries are always available and are much more affordable then fresh organic raspberries. I’ve already made this recipe twice in two weeks and I made two batches of it last night, my family is loving it as much as I am and I hope that you do too!
